- s and m and their friends are working in Kosovo. They say they came to this remote part of South Eastern Europe to promote human rights, strengthen the rule of law and embed democratic practices in the public and civil life but… most of the time they have no clue what they are talking about. They are good chaps though, and they have a very smart and very wise duck!
At least in Liberia "power cuts" are strictly scheduled...according to how much fuel you have for your generator ;-)
